1. Application of These Purchase Terms

NOLQEVA™ is owned and operated by Hangzhou Heguang Xinshe Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through nolqeva.com. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that your purchase is also subject to other policies available on the website.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present children's educational products, learning toys, activity sets, photographs, specifications, dimensions, materials, included components, availability and prices accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, display settings, or normal production variation.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order allows reasonable verification of payment, inventory availability, delivery information and fraud prevention. NOLQEVA™ may refuse, limit or cancel orders when necessary due to payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, pricing errors, unauthorized resale activity or legal restrictions.

4. Price, Currency, Taxes and Payment

Transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Product prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes, discounts and final order totals are displayed before payment is completed. By providing payment information, customers confirm authorization to use the selected payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Most in-stock NOLQEVA™ educational toys and learning products are processed within 1–3 business days. For deliveries within the United States, standard carrier transit is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch.

Orders may be fulfilled through our own operations or appropriate fulfillment partners depending on inventory availability and destination. Tracking information and delayed shipment procedures are described in the Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Customers should contact Customer Support before sending products back to receive return instructions and authorization.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after return inspection and approval. Order cancellation requests should be submitted within 12 hours after purchase.

7. Promotions

Promotional offers may include eligibility requirements, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, expiration dates or additional conditions. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively.

8. Lawful Use and Prohibited Activity

NOLQEVA™ products are provided for lawful educational and personal use. Fraudulent transactions, payment abuse, unauthorized resale, improper promotion usage, interference with website systems or other unlawful activities are prohibited.

9. Liability and Consumer Rights

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NOLQEVA™ and Hangzhou Heguang Xinshe Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. will not be responsible for indirect damages arising from website use, orders or products where such limitations are legally permitted.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights, warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes to These Terms

NOLQEVA™ may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Unless otherwise required by law, the version effective when an order is placed generally applies to that transaction.
